To help us with our planning please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. The deadline is 1 October 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide the venue and suppliers with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope that you understand.

We have accommodation available on the farm for international friends (we would like to give them preference). We would prefer that everyone try to stay in the area as it is a far drive from the city. If you require assistance with accommodation please reach out to us directly and we can assist. 

Due to limited space we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one they'll be specifically addressed in your invitation. Otherwise we ask that only named people in the invitation are in attendance. 

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for the wedding day is semi-formal. 

We hope that  most of you will be staying in the surrounding areas or on the farm. For those traveling from the city and outer lying areas please travel earlier to avoid being late. As the ceremony is currently scheduled for 4:00PM, we ask that everyone arrives at 3:00PM and is seated by 3:30PM. 

Your presence at our wedding is already the greatest gift of all! However, if you wish to give a gift, a contribution to our future home fund or honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.

You will be missed! Please inform us in a timely fashion if you're unable to make it. 

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding day is exclusively for adults with the exception of immediate family who are part of the wedding party. 

Yes! There will be some welcome drinks and beers as well as an open bar at your own expense. The bars will be run by the Saronsberg team. 

Yes it is outside. As the sun will be shining (we hope) please make sure to dress appropriately and hydrate throughout the day.
